Milk cooler for fully automatic coffee machines

The milk coolers from the BiB (Bag-in-Box) series are intended for permanent installation in a closed cupboard/furniture below the coffee machine or fully automatic coffee machine. The size of BiB packaging is not standardized for dairy products. Therefore, we cannot provide any information as to how many BiB packaging can be used in each milk cooler. The interior of the devices is largely free of annoying overhangs or bulges that would restrict the use of the interior. The shape of the bag-in-box milk packaging is usually cube or cuboid. In order to determine how many of the BiB´s used in the company fit into the respective milk refrigerator, you must look at the table with the technical data of the milk refrigerator you have selected. The data can be found in the table under the points “Capacity max. Bag-in-Box (width) mm” , “Capacity max. Bag-in-Box (height) mm” and “Capacity max. Bag-in-Box ( depth) mm”. Please keep in mind that a certain amount of free height is still required above the BiB so that the milk hoses can be passed through.

In all devices with the model name “BiB”, the cooling compressor is located openly in the rear area of the milk refrigerator (with the exception of the two models C39 BiB and C60 BiB). The BiB milk refrigerators must be installed in a closed piece of furniture, as the compressors in these devices are not covered by the housing. Free placement of the devices, for example next to a fully automatic coffee machine, is not permitted. If the BiB milk coolers are not installed in a closed piece of furniture, there is a significant risk of damage to the device and the operator or other people suffering an electric shock. When installing the devices in a cabinet or other piece of furniture, care must be taken to ensure that the machine’s cooling compressor can suck in sufficient fresh air and release the exhaust air. The milk hose bushings on these devices have not yet been drilled. You will receive a technical sketch of the area in which you can drill these holes without destroying the cooling coils within the device.

For the reasons mentioned above, the devices may only be installed by skilled and knowledgeable personnel.
