The dimensions of 36 x 56 cm and the low weight of just 8 kg enable easy installation in very open and transparent furniture. Installation in serving trolleys or delicate catering systems is particularly interesting. The low overall height of just 80 mm is convenient for designers and planners in their work. The space below the hot and cold plate can either remain free or be used for other purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No cooling lines need to be planned or laid during installation. This makes the use of a refrigeration and air conditioning technician unnecessary. Regular maintenance by specialist companies is also not necessary. This saves money during installation and during use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In most cases, flush or raised installation is carried out by a furniture maker. The devices in the 3500 series are ideal for use in temporary dispensing stations or mobile units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By dispensing with conventional cooling technology and thus by dispensing with coolants and refrigeration compressors, the devices are insensitive to vibrations and shocks. The TOGETHER\u00ae 3500 model is ideal for easy installation or flexible insertion of the hot and cold plate into the respective open counter furniture. No additional laying of cables for the control element is necessary. It is important for installation that the furniture must be open so that the hot and cold plate can both draw in fresh air and release warm air without obstacles and the control element can be operated by the service staff.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The innovative technology of the hot & cold plate combines two functions (warming and cooling) in one device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that mobile and temporary units can be used to serve either cooled or warmed food without replacing technology. Handling with ice cubes, crushed ice and eutectic plates is a thing of the past. Switching between warm and cold is done using a switch on the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our hot and cold plates now combine these advantages with easy handling. The devices are characterized by compact dimensions and low weight as well as almost silent operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This fact means that very delicate, open and transportable furniture can also be created. Designers therefore have the opportunity to realize ideas that would not be possible with conventional cooling technology due to the size and weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to operating the devices using the multi-volt power supply supplied as standard, it is also possible to operate the hot and cold plates with 24V power stations; environmentally and energy-friendly solutions with photovoltaic elements are also conceivable. This creates additional flexibility!
