The control element for the hot and cold plate is not permanently attached to the device, but rather on an approximately 1.5 m long cable. The innovative technology of the hot & cold plate combines two functions in one device. The buffet no longer needs to be laboriously rebuilt and redecorated. During the breakfast buffet, for example, you can present your food chilled; at the lunch and dinner buffet, you can use the same device to keep the food warm by simply flipping a switch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No more annoying handling of ice cubes or crushed ice. No more pre-cooling eutectic plates and wasting valuable space in the freezer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead, all you need to do is flip a switch. The cold is generated electrically, without the use of refrigerants, which protects the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hot and cold plate can run continuously 24\/7 and switching between heating and cooling functions is possible at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The plate works almost silently and therefore creates a pleasant ambience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hot and cold plate 3400 can be operated in any position. An inclined installation in counters is also possible. This often enables an even better presentation of the food to the customer, as well as the desired sliding of the remaining food towards the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
