With the cooled TOGETHER buffet systems you are able to cool food on the buffet. The cooling works purely electrically without a cooling compressor or refrigerant that is harmful to the environment. The use of ice cubes, crushed ice, eutectic plates or cooling pads is also a thing of the past. The refrigerated buffet systems can be operated 24\/7. As long as the devices are connected to the power grid, the cold is generated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cooled buffet system can be put into operation straight away after unpacking. All required parts are included, even a high-quality 1\/1 GN stainless steel serving plate is included. Due to their exceptionally low weight for cooling devices, the buffet systems can be carried to different locations by a service person if necessary. The height of the refrigerated buffet systems is very low compared to normal refrigerated display cases and does not normally interfere with the overall arrangement of the buffet, even if there is already a cough and spit guard in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another special feature of these buffet systems is that all you have to do is flip a switch on the bottom of the device and the cooled buffet systems become a warmed buffet system. Just like the cooling function, the heating function can be used 24\/7. Since you can cool and heat with just one device, there is no need to redecorate the device technology. The following woods are available as standard: oak, American walnut, cherry, ash, pine, beech and spruce. Even for small quantities of just 5 buffet systems, other types of wood can be used for an additional charge. 1 x multivolt power supply for connecting the TOGETHER hot and cold plate

1 x attachment frame or support, depending on the model you have selected
