Do you want to present food chilled and in accordance with HACCP regulations on the breakfast buffet? At the lunch buffet you don’t have a way to keep food warm for a little longer and at the evening buffet you want to present food cool again? But you don’t have space for a conventional cooling system but you also don’t want to work with crushed ice or euthecal plates?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No problem<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have developed our electric cooling display case with heating function for this purpose.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One showcase with two options! Cold and warm!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The electric refrigerated display showcase for the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet and wherever there is not enough space for a refrigerated unit. The mobile buffet display case consists of a hot and cold plate model 3300. The color of the base can be chosen from black, gray, silver and carbon. Wood or acrylic are available as frame material. The variety of wood types, colors and designs available gives your buffet an individual touch. The showcase you select according to color and design will be delivered including a high-quality GN 1\/1 stainless steel tray made in Europe, an attractive, stable and high-quality roll-top hood and a multi-volt power supply. With this set you can immediately put the buffet display case into operation at the desired location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The buffet display cases can be operated 24\/7 and are almost silent. This ensures a pleasant environment for your guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buffet display cases are particularly suitable for locations where no spit and cough protection is installed or where installation as a free-standing unit is desired.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The standard color of the wooden frame of this electrically cooled buffet display case is silver gray. On request and with the appropriate quantity, the wooden frame can also be delivered in other RAL colors; all 213 RAL colors are available to choose from.
